Your free offer demo draft

The offer demo stores your answers in local browser storage for up to seven days to carry them through signup, email confirmation and checkout on the same browser and device. You can clear the demo draft from the demo page. Once you sign in, a pending draft is associated locally with that account and is not loaded into a different account. Expired drafts are removed when accessed.

After successful payment, the draft opens in your offer builder. It is uploaded to your private workspace only when you choose Save a new version; the temporary browser copy is then removed. Draft contents are not placed in checkout URLs or sent as analytics events. If browser storage is unavailable, download a text copy before leaving.

Interactive reading accounts

Interactive chapters use Netlify Identity to confirm your email and sign-in session. We check matching successful Dodo purchase records and active reading membership periods, and keep a private association between your account, purchase email and payment identifier to verify collection access. Paid chapter text and narration are served through authenticated requests. Contact support@readrr.ai if your purchase cannot be verified.

Reading progress and screen-color preferences are stored in your browser. Practice plans stay in the current page unless you choose to remember them on your device or download a copy. Practice-plan answers are not uploaded to Readrr or an AI provider. You can remove remembered plans from their plan pages and clear reading preferences through your browser settings. The membership account, authenticated chapter, transcript and practice-plan pages do not load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics.

Private workspace accounts

Readrr Workspace, included with membership or accessed through a previous standalone subscription, uses Netlify Identity for verified email accounts and sign-in sessions, and private Netlify Blobs storage for offer versions, experiments and reviews. We process your account name, email, authentication information and the records you choose to save to provide the service. Do not upload sensitive personal information about your customers. Your records are scoped to your account; they are not public PDFs or search-indexed pages.

Dodo Payments processes subscription and one-time membership billing. We associate its checkout, customer and subscription identifiers with your account to check access and open your billing portal. Card details are handled by Dodo, not stored in your Readrr workspace. The authenticated workspace does not load our Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics scripts, and worksheet content is not sent to analytics or an AI provider.

You can export saved work from your account. Saved work remains available to read and export after your subscription becomes inactive. We retain it until you request deletion or we give notice of a retention-policy change, subject to legal recordkeeping obligations. Email support@readrr.ai to request account or workspace deletion; we will verify ownership first. Cancelling billing and deleting an account are different requests.

Who to contact

Readrr.ai is the brand responsible for the operation of this storefront and the support requests it receives. Contact support@readrr.ai with privacy questions or requests. This notice covers readrr.ai; external services have their own privacy notices.

Information we receive

Browsing: our hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URLs and request times to deliver and protect the site.

Support: if you email us, we receive your email address, your message, attachments and any order details you choose to include. We use that information to handle your request.

Purchases: if you use an enabled external checkout, that provider processes the billing and payment details you enter. Order information made available to Readrr.ai may include your name, email, purchased product, transaction reference, payment status and information needed for customer support or legal records. Do not send full card details to our support inbox.

Why information is used

Information is used to deliver and secure the website, respond to enquiries, resolve order and download issues, investigate abuse or rights concerns, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.

Where a law requires a legal basis, relevant grounds may include steps you request before a purchase, performance of a purchase contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure service and providing support, legal obligations, or consent where required.

Service providers and external links

The storefront is hosted by Netlify. Support email is handled through the email services used by us and by you. Dodo Payments provides the hosted checkout and acts as the merchant of record for enabled purchases. It handles payment processing, transaction records and the purchased file delivery under its own terms and privacy notice. We may share information with relevant service providers to deliver these functions or where disclosure is legally required.

Opening an external checkout or another linked service takes you outside this storefront. Review that service’s privacy notice before submitting information. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Cookies, analytics and marketing

Readrr.ai uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to measure website visits and understand how visitors use the site. Google may receive technical information such as the page URL and title, device and browser details, referring page, IP address and interaction events, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. For successful Dodo Payments purchases, Google Analytics also receives the product name and product ID, purchase amount, currency, tax, quantity and transaction ID. This integration does not send checkout email addresses or card details to Google Analytics. Google explains its data handling at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Catalog searches and free-exercise answers are processed in your browser. Exercise answers are not submitted to Readrr.ai or sent as analytics events by our site code; download your notes before leaving the page. Fonts are served with the site.

We do not sell personal information collected through this storefront or use it for targeted advertising. Hosting, security services, external checkout pages and your email provider may handle technical data under their own notices. See our cookie notice for more detail.

Retention and security

We retain support and order information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records and comply with applicable obligations. Retention can vary with the type of information and the reason it is kept.

We use appropriate safeguards for the information we handle, but no website, email system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in messages.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on it; or complain to a relevant data protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.

Email support@readrr.ai to make a request. Describe the information or interaction involved so we can locate it. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal information. For information held independently by a payment provider, contact that provider as well.

Children and updates

The storefront is intended for a general adult audience and does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us, contact support@readrr.ai.

We may update this notice as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the latest published version. Material changes will be explained through an appropriate notice where required.
