Reading membership billing
The $9 USD monthly reading plan renews until cancelled through Manage billing at /membership/. Cancellation stops renewal and keeps access until the paid period ends. The $99 USD year pass is a single payment for 12 months and does not renew automatically. The $199 USD lifetime pass is a single payment for the lifetime of the Readrr service, with no scheduled expiry or automatic renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge.
For membership payment, refund or access problems, email support@readrr.ai with your account email and receipt reference. Requests are reviewed through the process below and under applicable consumer rights.
Previous Workspace billing and cancellation
For the $15 USD/month workspace, use Manage billing inside your account to cancel future renewals, update payment details or view billing records through Dodo. Cancel before the renewal date shown there. A cancellation is not automatically a refund of a previous charge.
If a charge or access issue needs review, email support@readrr.ai with your account email and order or subscription reference. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Refund requests are reviewed under the same process and applicable consumer rights below.
Request help or a refund
Email support@readrr.ai with the collection or action-kit name, checkout email, order reference and a description of the issue. Use “Refund request” or “Download help” in the subject line. Do not include full card details.
If you were charged twice, received the wrong files, cannot access the purchased files, or believe the product materially differs from its description, explain the issue and include relevant evidence where available.
How a request is handled
Requests are reviewed individually, taking account of the product description, delivery or technical issues, purchase records, applicable law and the terms of the payment provider or merchant of record. We may ask for the information needed to locate the transaction and understand the problem.
For an access problem, the first step may be to restore access or supply the correct file. If a refund is due or approved, it must be processed through the provider handling that transaction. Processing and bank-posting times vary; no fixed arrival date is promised here.
Your legal rights come first
This page does not exclude mandatory cancellation, refund, repair or replacement rights. Rules for digital content vary by location. In some places, immediate delivery affects a withdrawal right only after specific consent and acknowledgement at checkout.
There is no additional voluntary money-back guarantee or fixed change-of-mind refund window advertised by Readrr.ai at present. That does not remove any right you have under applicable law or the checkout provider’s applicable terms.

Every collection has a free sample. Each action kit is available as a complete free download on its product page. Use these to review the writing, layout and format. Confirm the collection name and included files before paying; the other editions are not included unless the offer explicitly says so.
